Soft and comfortable, these medical underpads have an heavy 3-ply center made from tissue paper that absorbs large amounts of moisture. The underside of these absorbent pads is made from waterproof poly material that keeps moisture from seeping through, so the surface on which the underpad is laid remains clean and dry. This means your bedding and blankets are safe from damage, and also less cleanup, as these underpads are easily disposable. The non-absorbent poly side of these non-sterile underpads is blue and the white side faces up. These latex-free underpads are safe to use for those with allergies and sensitivities towards latex.
McKesson Super Underpads are designed for moderate absorbency and contain a super absorbent polymer. The non-woven top layer allows moisture to pass through which helps keep the skin dry while the middle layer of the underpad is composed of a super absorbent polymer fluff. The bottom backsheet layer is a green, waterproof layer and helps keep the bed dry.
