Compared to most other brands, sounds tend to be clearer and more intact with our EN-T622 RIC (receiver in canal) hearing aids, as the speaker rests closer to the ear canal. And distancing the speaker from the microphone minimizes another common complaint: feedback noise or whistling. Suitable for seniors with mild to moderate hearing loss. Battery normally lasts 2 weeks with normal daily use. Easy to use. Insert the battery and close battery compartment to turn on. Open the battery compartment to power off when not in use. Troubleshooting a) When the device make screeching noise. 1. Volume too high - Sometimes the device may make screeching noise at high volume level. Please decrease the volume level to below 12, and the screeching will disappear. (NOTE - There are 14 levels in total, and the default volume is level 9.) 2. Poor fit in ear canal - Make sure the ear domes fit snugly in your ear canal to avoid screeching. 3. Possible interference - Don’t put the finger, mobile phone or other things close to the microphone on the device. 4. Too much earwax - Clean your ear canal. b)When the device has no sound, please follow the steps below. To make sure that the battery compartment is closed properly.
